Good News, A Tired Boy, and Funny Pictures

So, we got some very good news this morning. A few weeks ago Morian had interviewed with Wells Fargo. He was told they would be making their decision in the next week or two. He felt the interview had gone really well and expected that he would probably get an offer. Well, the first week came and went and still hadn't heard anything. Then he got an email saying they were waiting for the okay for upper management to make offers. SO we had more waiting to do, but we figured we'd hear something by the end of the week. Well, Friday came and still no word. So he called them to get an update. He found out that management had just given the okay yesterday b/c they had interviewed more people b/c they were going to hire more people. We took that as a good sign, as well as the fact that the lady Morian talked to was one of the ones he interviewed with and she said he had done really well and if she were him, she'd be looking forward to the call next week. SO we figured he probably had it, but still had to wait all weekend long to find out for sure. And sure enough, at about 11:30 this morning, he got the call with an offer to start April 5. Wahoo! We are so excited for this! Morian has kind of had a job for the past couple months, but he hasn't been getting paid (getting licensed and it's a commission job), so for those who don't know, we have been living in my sister's basement while we had no income. We are so grateful for her and her husband and their hospitality. But we are so grateful that Morian will now have a steady income which will allow us to move into our own place again. Here's to the not fun part!
So, Devin did pretty good with the time change on Sunday. But he has woken up at the same time as he did before, so it kinda feels like 6, instead of 7! Well, he was acting a little tired this morning, but we didn't put him down for a morning nap. I figured he would go down right after lunch. Well, after he was done eating, I was cleaning up the dishes and he was just sitting quietly in his high chair. I told him he looked tired and then I heard him yawn. And when I looked back over at him, he had his head resting on his hand and it was starting to droop and his eyes were almost completely closed. He looked so peaceful and just so tired! So I went to get him out and he was just all floppy! He laid down on my shoulder and when I put him in bed and laid right down and closed his eyes. You know he is tired when he falls asleep not in his bed! And that's a first for his high chair. I wish I could have gotten a picture!
And, just for fun, here are some fun pictures of Devin being the crazy boy he is!

Trying to pick up a full bottle of detergentTrying to get a little chihuahua to come over to him
Picking up his ride-on car; I LOVE his face!
This is how we found him Sunday morning; somehow he got the zipper down even with the button done up!
Driving already! We went bowling the other day and he wanted to try out the video games! He danced on the DDR pad for a while and then wanted to drive the car!
What a fun little boy I have!
