WARRIORS OVER THE WASATCH AIR SHOW- June 28

The Warriors over the Wasatch Air Show at Hill Air Force Base was the last week of June, so the kids and I drove up and went with my dad. (My dad used to be in the Air Force and Hill was the last base he was stationed at before he retired.) We didn't get there as early as I want to go and so the line to just get on base and park was crazy long! It look us like a couple hours. It was insane! The kids both fell asleep in the car and it was super hot. But we finally made it in and met up with my dad's brother and his family.

FREEDOM FESTIVAL- June 21

The Riverwoods Mall hosted a (free) Freedom Festival that I took the kids to. They got to sit in a fire truck, see a helicopter up close, eat huge slices of watermelon, get balloon animals, and run through the water fountains. Good times were had by all!

FAMILY BOOK FESTIVAL- June 14

KSL sponsored a free Family Book Festival at the Gateway Mall. They had booths set up, balloon animals, free books to give away, cotton candy, creamies, and scavenger hunt, and a few games. We took my mom so, again, I didn't have to keep track of the kids by myself! The kids had fun!

DAY ON THE FARM- June 7, 2014

A farm up in Midway, UT sponsored a free Day on the Farm. They had a bounce house, craft tables, sack races, ice cream and pizza, face painting, swing, homemade ride, and petting zoo. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a good time! My sister, Sirie, came along with us so I didn't have to keep track of both kids on my own, which was such a great help!
