Disney Cruise: Day 8 (plus travel time)

Sunday, November 11
Our last day (but really just our last couple of hours, since we were off the ship by like 9 am or something). How sad!

Disney Cruise: Day 7

Saturday, November 10
Today we had our scheduled "character breakfast." We had breakfast in the Parrot Cay dining room and got to see several characters and get pictures taken with them. Of course it took a while for them to make it to everyone so we got to eat while we waited. Some of the waiters made fun hats and stuff out of napkins, cups, etc.

Disney Cruise: Day 6

Friday, November 9
Morian and I headed back to the ship at 9 am and were the only ones on that tender. While everyone was heading to shore, we were going the opposite way!
So Morian wasn't feeling too well so he stayed on board the ship while Maren and I took the kids ashore. Today we wanted to go to Lover's Beach via a glass bottom boat (so the kids could see the fish below us). We saw a seal (sea lion?) on our way out.

Disney Cruise: Day 5

Thursday, November 8
We made it to Cabo San Lucas! Maren wasn't feeling well, so she stayed on the ship while Morian and I took the kids ashore. We had to take the tender boats from the ship to shore, which was kind of fun for the kids! We headed to the sister-hotel to the one we went to the day before. The pool there was nice, though not as nice as the one at the other hotel (not as kid-friendly). But we did do some swimming anyway, even sat in the hot tub for a little bit! We did spend some time in the ocean as well, but not too much. I didn't get any pictures here, but got some on our way back to the ship.

Disney Cruise: Day 4

Wednesday, November 7
We made it to Puerto Vallarta this morning! We had no real plans for the day, except wanting to go to the beach. So we took a taxi to one area, only to end up taking another taxi to a spot in the completely opposite direction. We got this deal, where if we sat through a timeshare presentation (for a small fee), we got lunch and access to a super nice hotel's pools, as well as beach/ocean access. In addition, we got a card that allowed us to use another of their hotel's in Cabo San Lucas for free.
Waiting for the presentation to begin

Disney Cruise: Day 3

Tuesday, November 6
Today we went for breakfast up on deck at the Beach Blanket Buffet so the kids could be a little crazier!

Disney Cruise: Day 2

Monday, November 5
We started our day with breakfast in the Triton dining room. The kids couldn't decide what they wanted to eat, changing their minds several times (after they were brought food). I felt bad for wasting so much food.
After eating, we were all able to play together in the Oceaneer Club. Usually, it is reserved for kids aged 4 and up in a day care kind of setting. But every so often they had "open play" where all ages and their parents could come and play. There was a tree house slide and rope bridge, as well as a play room with computers, dress up clothes, and lots of Mr. Potatoheads!
