Disney Cruise: Day 2

Monday, November 5
We started our day with breakfast in the Triton dining room. The kids couldn't decide what they wanted to eat, changing their minds several times (after they were brought food). I felt bad for wasting so much food.
After eating, we were all able to play together in the Oceaneer Club. Usually, it is reserved for kids aged 4 and up in a day care kind of setting. But every so often they had "open play" where all ages and their parents could come and play. There was a tree house slide and rope bridge, as well as a play room with computers, dress up clothes, and lots of Mr. Potatoheads!

Before lunch, we were able to see Pluto and Daisy and get pictures taken with them.

We had a little bit of time before the next characters came out, so we hung out deck enjoying the sunshine.

Then we saw Goofy and Mickey.

Our next stop was lunch up on deck. They had music playing so of course we had to do some dancing!

While dancing, Kenzie spotted the sign for Pinnocchio's Pizzeria, with a picture of Pinnocchio himself, so she wanted to go over and see "him!"

Dinner that night in the dining room was the formal night, so we were all dressed up nice and spiffy. We had dinner in the Triton dining room. I really wanted to get a picture of us in our formal wear before dinner, but the kids just wouldn't cooperate. :( Again, dinner was crazy and the kids didn't last too long!
I took Kenzie up to bed and then Maren, Devin, and I went to see that evening's show, The Golden Mickey's. (Morian stayed with Kenzie while she slept.)

When we got back up to our rooms after the show, we discovered that Kenzie had had diarrhea and had leaked all over so we had to wake her up and wash her and her bedding. ugh. What a way to end a busy day!

Yeah - more pictures! Looks like a fun day - sad about Kenzie not feeling too well...

Fun dancing videos!
And how fun to see the characters up close and get pictures with them--that's cool.
