Christmas Eve

Morian had to work on Christmas Eve this year (technically "last" year) so we decided that the kids and I would spend the night at my parents' house and Morian would join us in the morning. So we had our family Christmas morning on Christmas Eve morning.
Here is our tree and presents:
Morian brought the kids out and Devin walked right up to the kitchen and started playing with it, knowing just what he was supposed to do with it, but not at all surprised to see it (even though he had never seen it before). (He likes the play with the kitchen at school and so that's why we decided to get one for the kids.)
In addition to the kitchen, they also got some books and a stuffed animal each, and Devin got a couple shirts.
Kenzie finally got a turn at the kitchen!

Reminds me of some of our first Christmases. Ethan woke up in the middle of the night (Christmas Eve/Morning) and I heard him moving around. I found him riding the little ride-on horse we had bought, as if it was something he always did. And of course, the younger ones seemed to always have to wait their turn...
